SHIPMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

In Switzerland, returns are free. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item if you are outside of Switzerland. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
